He began his career as a business development executive and worked his way through the ranks as a business development executive, team leader, client relationship manager, account manager, and finally head hunter for new BPO sales.
He has a track record of strengthening companies, driving strategy execution, streamlining processes, and capturing untapped growth potential. He has extensive experience in both the payer and provider sectors. This gives him a comprehensive insight into the US healthcare market. He has also attended the majority of payer and provider conferences over the previous ten years.
Rajiv is also quite knowledgeable about spirituality and enjoys traveling throughout the world for spiritual activities in his spare time.
